Cute & nice prayer room ( little church ) As a Catholic ,I appreciated it. Friendly staff.

Friendly and helpful staff, cook and waitress stayed past restaurant closing time to fix a late dinner.

Nice pool.

Loud children of guests until midnight. In and out of their rooms, banging doors, playing in the hallway.

Disappointed compared to reviews

Comfortable bed compared to other stays in the Philippines. Convenient 7/11 opposite the hotel. Staff were helpful with room issues.

English Breakfast was poor. No baked beans as advertised. Scrambled eggs were gritty.Never had English breakfast again, Club sandwich was basically fried egg, with fried ham and cucumber. Very poor compared with places. Toilet got blocked twice on our stay. Faucet bidet didn't work, had to be changed. Airtcon froze up and had to be replaced. Final day elevator broke, we were on the 4th floor, very inconvenient with baggage, my 3yr old son and my 78yr old mother in law. Furniture was dated but ok

Pleasant

We were initially placed in a room with an extra bed which made the room feel dense, we brought this up to the front desk's attention and they moved us to another room. The room is spacious, nice view of greens and the ocean, comfortable bed, quite room, working cable TV, and AC. We stayed during the weekdays so there were fewer guests. The staff were friendly and polite.

The breakfast food choices were limited to a checklist, due to fewer guests during the weekdays which was not communicated to us in advance. When we booked the room, it stated the breakfast was buffet, so we thought the price was worth it. Had we known, we could have chosen a different hotel/resort. The Filipino breakfast offerings were acceptable, however, the American and English could be improved by a lot especially the bread. We didn't like the canned fruits served, so we went to a nearby market to get fresh fruits ourselves and it didn't cost a dime to get bananas, buko, and seasonal fruits like papaya. Some information in the listing is outdated like the spa and massage which was inoperational, not sure how long it has been. Lastly, going to the swimming pool/beach area was kind of troublesome.

May try again since a shorter route via CCLEX was opened up which was not there when we went.

Breakfast was free but could be better even if charged. Was not able to try going to the beach & the pool.

Sea swim from, hotel staff Hotel pools, transport service.

Breakfast was ok, but bread not fresh and no cereals mostly Asian food lacking Europe’s foods like yougurts cheese etc. Also a little bit expensive for xtra such drinks ice creams. dinners

Big comfortable room with a large balcony. Free breakfast was outstanding! Staff extremely helpful and competent. Excellent massage services on-site. Very clean. Quiet and off the beaten path. Plenty of pools for swimming with a Jacuzzi as well. Large comfortable lobby. Onsite diving services. In room safe. In room vanity area for the ladies.

No swimable beach. Prices in the restaurant are a little bit high. Tv reception poor. List of TV channels did not match the actual channels available. Could have used a light above the mirror in the bathroom.

The staff personnel were really accomodating and ease to speak with. They didn’t show any indifference to us especially with the majority of the tourists at the time were foreigners of Asian descent. Keep it up ️

There were no floating trashes around the beach area. However, eventhough the beach water was a crystal clear one, it definitely needs to have a thorough clean-up especially in removing the greenery under to accomodate more tourists to enjoy it also aside from the swimming pools.

i'd like the staff and hotel facilities

i don't like their policy in using their service car. because most of the hotels let their hotel shuttle to use by their guests when it's needed for free as long you are their guests. but in this resort they will charge you back and fort when you use their shuttle service with a high rates per head.

The elevated pool, the view ,very accommodating resort manager, play area for the kids.

Food in the restaurant was not good, especially the room service menu. I was expecting a shore line but there wasn’t. Only the view of the beach. They have snorkelling though and scuba diving. 2 other pools were not clean. The location is far from the city and far from outside restaurants. The shower room did not have any lock. They charge 1500 per extra bed so you have to be careful on how many persons you have with you. Nothing much to do inside the resort, just to go to the elevated pool and enjoy the view thats it.

Comfortable room, quiet AirConditioning, pools etc.

Restaurant, minibar and amenities were expensive compared to other resorts that we have stayed in before. Quality was ok, but at tourist prices. Prices are inaccurate on the website and don't include taxes and mandatory service charges that you cannot refuse to pay even if you never used room service etc. Service water is only available in the restaurant which is not open at all hours. There is some complimentary water in the rooms, but only good for one person. Minibar water in the rooms costs 50 pesos per bottle. Unsurprisingly there are very few locals in the resort - so while it is comfortable, you are being overcharged.

The room (deluxe double) was large, with a balcony and comfortable. The hotel facilities were quite good. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast included was adaquate

The restaurant was very expensive for the very basic food that was on the menu. In general this hotel is pricey for the quality of its rooms and facilities. The sea by the gardens is filthy with detritus and floating plastic waste. The air conditioning unit was of an old standard and so was quite noisy

Nothing really.

Rate was not what i was charged on my booking (never had that problem with my past booking.com experience).Theres a lot of fees excluded from what i was provided on the email then they charge for extra bed that they did not indicate on their website and could not show me an itemized receipt that i normally get from all my past bookings with booking.com.staff herself told me she could not show me as it is only for them. In the end from what they charge me, i could have gotten 3 suites from a 4star hotel nearby but i chose them thinking id pay less from a less known hotel. Surveys matter, should have checked before, but never again will I set foot in this place.
